Do you collect from Insurance/First Nations/Social Assistance?

Absolutely. We will preauthorize on your behalf to find out what your plan covers, and will provide and send off all necessary paperwork. Once we have a written estimate from your insurance company we will collect on your behalf. That said, any charges are ultimately your responsibility, and so if for some reason your insurance coverage changes, you will be responsible for the difference. First Nations and Social Assistance require specific protocol, so be sure to let us know that you are covered by these groups right at the start of your treatment, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly!
