We at Minuk & Koster Denture Clinic have been providing this service for many years to those who are not physically able to come into the clinic.
While we are centrally located in Winnipeg, providing house calls and institutional or hospital visits to those who are unable to come into the office, allows us to offer quality services to ALL Denture Wearers. Our Denturists provide compassionate care to our clients living in their own homes, personal care homes, and even in hospitals. They can provide new complete or partial denture(s), backup dentures, repairs, relines, and add names to existing dentures.
CAD/CAM or Digital Dentures are ideal for those living in personal care homes or hospitals. If your denture has been previously scanned, they can be easily replaced if lost or damaged (a digital record is stored on file, and no extra fittings are required).
So how does a Home Visit work exactly?
The first thing to do is to call our Support Staff here at Minuk & Koster Denture Clinic and let us know that you would like to schedule a home visit for yourself, a friend/ family member, or a resident in your care.
Our Support staff will ask you a few questions to better understand your needs. Such as:
Where you are currently residing
Type and age of your current denture(s): Partials or Complete Dentures (if applicable)
