How are digital dentures made?
A digital denture is a denture created with a milling machine or 3D printer. A digital denture starts with a 3D scan of a mouth or denture. After the scan is complete, a digital file of the restoration is created and the denture is 3D printed or milled.

Fit Better
Traditional dentures shrink when injecting acrylic. Digital Dentures are created with milling machines more than 10X more accurate than a human hair. While you may not see the difference, you can feel the difference of 5 microns of accuracy.

Digital Dentures are twice as strong. Traditional dentures utilize individual stock denture teeth that are bonded in place. With digital dentures, every tooth is custom and the teeth are milled in one piece. By connecting the teeth, the dentures are less prone to fracturing.
